They have terrible customer service.We live out in the country and the signal on our internet wasn't good enough for a clear phone calls and unfortunately this started happening after the first 6 months. I called to ask to get out of the 3 year contract and they said $200, which is cheaper than paying for the next 24 months at $16 a month.
